Refund policy
We hope you love your order, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.
Returns
We accept returns on physical products within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item:

Is unused

Is returned in the same condition it arrived in

Is in its original packaging

Is not a custom or made-to-order product
If an item shows signs of use or is returned outside the 30-day window, we may not be able to offer a refund.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If something arrives faulty or damaged, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
Just send your order number and a couple of photos, and we’ll make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund, including return postage.
Return Postage

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service, just to be safe.
Refunds
Once your return has arrived and been checked, we’ll let you know.
Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to show, depending on your bank.
